If you just took advantage of power of sale properties in Brampton or Oshawa, and have children it's essential to research the school districts in the city you will be moving to. This will help you narrow down potential neighborhoods for your home search and find a school that is right for your kids. Most cities have school information on-line that will make it easy to evaluate and compare school report cards, academic programs, sports programs, music programs and special needs assistance programs. Write down phone numbers for prospective schools so that you can some visits during your home hunting trip.
